CriticalControl File Cabinet is uses a simple pricing model based on one charge per document for
a predetermined amount of access time. And the client may add as many users as required with no additional fees.

How CriticalControl File Cabinet Works

When a new physical document Is created by the client, the metadata is sent to CriticalControl to produce index cover sheets, whch are returned to the client. |

The client prints out the cover sheets and attaches them to the physical documents. |

Once the documents are received by CriticalControl, they are scanned to an electronic format and uploaded to the repository using the Information contained on their corresponding cover sheets. |

The client then ships the physical documents to CriticalControl. |

These documents will then be hosted by CriticalControl and made available for view and retrieval. |

CriticalControl provides monthly reports for reconciliation of scanned and uploaded documents. The client notifies CriticalControl with confirmation to destroy original documents. |
