CALGARY, Alberta, (May 1, 2006) – CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (TSX-V:CCZ) today announced that it has completed the purchase of the Remote Data Acquisition (“RDA”) Network from Crimtech Services Ltd. (“Crimtech”), as contemplated in the Company’s press release dated April 24, 2006.


Pursuant to the purchase, CriticalControl paid $475,000 and issued a total of 189,655 Common Shares of the Company to Crimtech.  A further payment of $250,000 will be paid to Crimtech on October 31, 2006 upon meeting certain performance criteria.
