‘CriticalControl Achieves 2005 Strategic Milestones and Record Revenue’

CALGARY, Alberta, January 31, 2006 – CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (TSX-V:CCZ) today announced that it has achieved record revenues for the three months ending December 31, 2005 (the “Quarter”).  Management expects revenues for the Quarter to be between $5.8 and $6 Million.  A seasonal weakness in revenue from consulting was offset by a larger than anticipated demand for the Company’s proprietary Netflow solution for real time gas measurement.

Management anticipates revenue for the year ended December 31, 2005 to be in the range of $19.9 to $20.1 Million, approximately a 50% increase from the previous year.  Management expects earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) will total approximately $1.6 to $1.8 Million prior to any one time adjustments or charges compared to $2,000 for the year ended December 31, 2004.

“The results for the fourth quarter are indicative of the successful execution of our 2005 strategic plan.  Management expects revenues for the first quarter of 2006 to be in line with, or exceed our fourth quarter results”, said Alykhan Mamdani, President of CriticalControl.  “In 2006 we intend to continue our drive to obtain operational efficiencies and to aggressively pursue our identified areas of strategic growth.”

”We have developed a market leadership position in gas measurement through the continued acceptance of our proprietary ScanGas application, now used by over 200 gas producers in Canada to provide gas measurement data from gas charts, which are still generated by the majority of gas meters in Canada.  Our ScanGas clients include large integrated oil and gas companies, leading energy trusts and junior and intermediate exploration companies,” said George Watson, CEO of CriticalControl.  “As electronic measurement devices gain increasing acceptance across the market as an alternative to the implementation of new gas chart recorders, CriticalControl intends to capture market share through the advantage of being an incumbent provider of gas measurement data and by leveraging its proprietary Netflow technology.  Netflow is now a market leading automated productivity solution capable of gathering electronic data as well as remotely controlling wellsite devices.”

We seek safe harbour.
