Calgary, Alberta, December 22, 2005 - CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (TSX-V:CCZ) today announced that it has divested certain satellite offices in Vancouver, Regina and Winnipeg for cash proceeds of $285,000. These satellite offices were acquired as part of the acquisition of Deines Imaging in November 2005. "We continue to execute on our strategy of focused growth in the Government and Energy sectors. Our primary objective in the acquisition of Deines was to consolidate our offering to achieve certain economies of scale, which we will accomplish through the integration of the Deines' imaging service bureaus in Calgary and Edmonton with our existing business," said Alykhan Mamdani, President of CriticalControl.
