‘Acquisition expected to add $3 million in annualized revenue’ Calgary, Alberta, November 1, 2005 – CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (TSX-V:CCZ) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Deines Imaging for the cash sum of $1,150,000. Deines was a private company offering imaging services to primarily government and energy clients in Western Canada. “This acquisition gives us increased scale to meet growing demand for imaging services in our core markets of energy and government,” said Alykhan Mamdani, President of CriticalControl. “This is another step in our strategy to become a single source provider of information control management services in these two sectors.” The acquisition of Deines enables CriticalControl to consolidate its key strategic offering of providing critical information control to its government and energy clients through CriticalControl’s information control service bureau. The combination of the two companies’ service bureaus in Calgary and Edmonton, which both cater to the same clients in the energy and government sectors, will increase the scope of critical information the service bureaus can control. The acquisition, which will be immediately accretive to the company, is expected to add more than $3 million in annualized revenue. The expansion of the Calgary information control service bureau is a necessary component of executing CriticalControl’s aggressive growth strategy in the upstream gas measurement market, the success of which will require CriticalControl to process 50% more gas measurement information during 2006. To accommodate this growth objective the company intends to expand into the US market through a potential acquisition of a gas measurement business.
