Calgary, Alberta, September 15, 2005 – CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:CCZ) today announced the launch of its integrated gas production information system.  CriticalControl has integrated volume information from its BMP Chart Services with volume information from Netflow resulting in a new version of the Company’s proprietary ScanGas application.  ScanGas now enables full analytic and reporting capabilities on 100% of a gas producer’s production information, essential for field balancing and production optimization.

CriticalControl is the Canadian leader in gas production measurement systems.  Through CriticalControl’s BMP Chart Services, the Company provides control of critical production information to more than 250 gas producers.  With the launch of the Company’s Netflow service in July 2005, CriticalControl provides its customers the ability to poll information from gas wells on a real time basis.  Netflow’s architecture not only enables the remote capture of gas volumes from the wellsite, but enables the capture of information from any and all electronic sensors through a single cellular or satellite channel.  In addition, Netflow’s architecture allows for two way communication, allowing an operator or engineer to control devices at the wellsite using a secure web browser.

In an effort to streamline and manage its aggressive growth strategy in the government and energy sectors, CriticalControl is consolidating its operations to best serve the needs of its primary target market.  As such, CriticalControl’s Toronto office, consisting of a total of 5 personnel, has been divested to SIA Service Information Access Inc., of Montreal, Quebec.  This divestiture is immediately accretive for CriticalControl’s bottom line and will enable CriticalControl to better meet its earnings growth targets for 2006.
