Calgary, Alberta CRITICALCONTROL CAPTURES LARGE US BASED OIL AND GAS PRODUCERS WITH ITS PROPRIETARY EZY-OPS SOLUTION CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: CCZ) is pleased to announce the successful launch of the latest version of ezy-Ops, CriticalControl's proprietary materials and asset management application for the upstream oil and gas industry. The previous version of ezy-Ops has already been implemented in the Canadian and Chinese operations of a large independent, US based oil and gas producer. The new version of ezy-Ops has now been successfully implemented to manage the US operations of a second large independent oil and gas producer resulting in revenues to CriticalControl of over $400,000. The new version has enhanced functionality and integration with production accounting systems, providing the key reporting and control requirements necessary under the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. CriticalControl is pleased to further announce that the new version of ezy-Ops has been selected through a competitive tender process by a third large independent, US based oil and gas producer for their Canadian operations. This latest achievement is indicative of ezy-Ops' superior functionality and CriticalControl's implementation capability. The expansion of ezy-Ops into other international locations by CriticalControl's existing client base and new targeted customers will result in strong growth over the next two years.
