CRITICALCONTROL PROVIDES 2004 OVERVIEW AND 2005 GUIDANCE

CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: CCZ) is pleased to advise that revenues in the fourth quarter of 2004 exceeded $3,800,000, amounting to a record quarter for the Company. Accordingly, Management anticipates that earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization ("EBIDTA") will be in line with its guidance of $1,000,000 for the year ended December 31, 2004. The financial information contained herein has been prepared by Management and the Company anticipates releasing audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004 in April 2005.

"We are pleased with our 2004 results. We have achieved revenue growth of over 45% in the year. A more important measure of our success is that, excluding the effect of the rise of the Canadian dollar, we outperformed our EBITDA target by over 30%. Management sees a continued increase in the demand for our products and services into 2005 and anticipates annual revenue growth to continue in excess of 30% without further acquisitions. We anticipate growth in EBITDA of 200% in 2005 and look forward to reporting positive net income to shareholders for the year ending December 31, 2005," said George Watson, CEO of CriticalControl.

"Based on existing contracted work and a strong sales funnel, Management anticipates strong demand for the Company's products and services. In response, Management is implementing measures to position the Company for immediate growth and strong future profitability. Our operational measures include:

Expansion of our secure imaging service bureau in Edmonton from 3,000 square feet to over 11,000 square feet to deal with a strong demand for our imaging services from government;
A move to speed up commercialization of the power optimization functionality of the Company's flagship PipeWorks suite;
A strategic reallocation of the Company's personnel away from commoditized professional services with traditionally lower margins to support the Company's growing offering to the energy sector, Provincial Government and North American municipalities;
The establishment of a Records Management Practice within our core offerings designed to develop strategy associated with the control of critical information; and
The establishment of a US sales and marketing presence by Sept 1, 2005 to further enhance our increased exposure in the United States;"
reported Alykhan Mamdani, President of CriticalControl.
