PETROBRAS AND TRANSPETRO EXPAND USE OF CRITICALCONTROL'S LEAK DETECTION SOFTWARE IN BRAZIL

CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: CCZ) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Petrobras, Brazil's state owned oil and gas company and its subsidiary, Transpetro, for the expanded use of CriticalControl's industry leading leak detection software, LeakWarn.

Transpetro has chosen to standardize to LeakWarn for its leak detection needs and anticipates implementing LeakWarn in over 200 pipeline segments over the next three years. In order to facilitate the increased scope, Petrobras will prepay to increase its current site license for the use of LeakWarn from 3,500 km to 5,000 km and commit to 3 years of support. In addition, CriticalControl will be engaged to configure and tune LeakWarn for each new pipeline segment.
