CRITICALCONTROL INCREASES REVENUE BY 59% FOR NINE MONTHS ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2004.

CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: CCZ) has filed its financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2004. Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2004 was $9,641,854 ($6,052,168 for the nine months ended September 30, 2003) resulting in a Net Loss of $742,581 ($881,641 for the nine months ended September 30, 2003). The Net Loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2004 includes amortization charges of $942,405 ($877,311 for the nine months ended September 30, 2003) and a loss on foreign exchange of $307,686 (gain of $47,673 for the nine months ended September 30, 2004).

Revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2004 was $3,307,070 ($1,860,462 for the three months ended September 30, 2003) resulting in a Net Loss of $306,734 ($414,632 for the three months ended September 30, 2003). The Net Loss for the quarter includes amortization charges of $321,329 ($320,416 for the three months ended September 30, 2003) and a loss on foreign exchange of $291,870 (gain of $2,017 for the three months ended September 30, 2003).

"We have recorded revenues in the quarter ended September 30, 2004 which are the highest of any quarter in our history and are especially pleased to report them in a quarter which is traditionally the weakest in the calendar year. We continue to execute on our long-term strategy to rapidly grow, rationalize overhead costs and realize operational efficiencies. As a result, we have reported a 59% increase in revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2004, over the same period last year, and a 408% increase in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization ("EBITDA"). The strength of the Canadian dollar has significantly impacted our otherwise strong performance in the quarter and we anticipate will also similarly impact our fourth quarter. We have taken steps to address the impact of an even stronger Canadian dollar by adjusting our margins for our increasing revenues from the United States," said Alykhan Mamdani, President of CriticalControl.
