CRITICALCONTROL TO ACQUIRE VALCURA INTERNATIONAL

CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: CCZ) is pleased to announce that it has closed the acquisition of Valcura International Assessment Solutions Ltd. ("Valcura") and related secured debt as contemplated in the Company's press release of October 22, 2004.

Additionally, the Calgary and Edmonton offices of Valcura have been integrated with CriticalControl's respective offices in Calgary and Edmonton.
