CRITICALCONTROL TO ACQUIRE VALCURA INTERNATIONAL

CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: CCZ) reports that, further to its press release on October 22, 2004 which announced an agreement with Northern Securities Inc. for a private placement offering, a director of CriticalControl sold an aggregate of 3,000,000 free trading common shares of CriticalControl at $0.10 per share through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds from that sale will be used to subscribe for 3,000,000 common shares of CriticalControl for $0.10 per common share.
