WNS CHANGES NAME TO CRITICALCONTROL

WNS Emergent Inc. has changed its name to CriticalControl Solutions Corp. (“CriticalControl” or the “Corporation”). The change of name was approved by special resolution at the annual and special meeting of the Corporation held on June 7, 2004.

The TSX Venture Exchange has provided conditional acceptance to the name change and the Corporation anticipates that the TSX Venture Exchange will issue a bulletin shortly announcing the date upon which the name change will be effective for trading purposes and announcing a new trading symbol for the Corporation's common shares.

CriticalControl provides organizations better control over their mission critical information. We build, operate and support applications which gather, manage and disseminate information primarily in government and the energy sector.
