(“CriticalControl” or the “Corporation”). The change of name was approved by special resolution at the annual and special meeting of the Corporation held on June 7, 2004. The TSX Venture Exchange has provided conditional acceptance to the name change and the Corporation anticipates that the TSX Venture Exchange will issue a bulletin shortly announcing the date upon which the name change will be effective for trading purposes and announcing a new trading symbol for the Corporation's common shares.
