(“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has executed an agreement to provide services to a major Canadian telecom carrier ("Telco") for outsourced carrier access billing using CriticalControl's proprietary information management technology. CriticalControl will build invoices and reports for Telco against a smart data warehouse also hosted by CriticalControl, managing information from over 170 Million telephone calls per month. The agreement is for a two year term and is valued at approximately $900,000.
