CRITICALCONTROL SIGNS CONTRACT WITH MAJOR TELECOM CARRIER

CriticalControl Solutions Inc., the operating division of WNS Emergent Inc. (“CriticalControl” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has executed an agreement to provide services to a major Canadian telecom carrier ("Telco") for outsourced carrier access billing using CriticalControl's proprietary information management technology. CriticalControl will build invoices and reports for Telco against a smart data warehouse also hosted by CriticalControl, managing information from over 170 Million telephone calls per month.

The agreement is for a two year term and is valued at approximately $900,000.
