WNS CONSOLIDATES OPERATIONS WITH $1 MILLION IN MONTHLY REVENUE

WNS Emergent Inc. (“WNS” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has consolidated all of its operating divisions into a single operating subsidiary. Effective today, all business will be conducted as CriticalControl Solutions Inc. WNS will change its name to reflect its operating subsidiary, subject to shareholder approval at the next shareholder meeting to be held in the second quarter of 2004.

Having successfully integrated a number of divisions to formulate an organization with approximately $1 Million of current monthly revenue and $8.4 Million of closed business in 2004, our objective moves to streamline operations to best serve our customers and strengthen our bottom line," said George Watson, CEO.
