WNS COMPLETES PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Calgary, March 31 - WNS Emergent Inc. (“WNS” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the remaining $214,100 of the $1,300,000 private placement previously announced in WNS’ press release of October 25, 2002. The $1,300,000 private placement has therefore been fully subscribed. Insiders participating in this final round of the private placement are George Watson - $35,000, Alykhan Mamdani - $15,100, Dennis Nerland - $20,000, Agilis Corp. (Kevin Starozik) - $70,000 and Maxam Developments Limited (Willard Kirkpatrick) - $20,000.
