WNS CLOSES ACQUISITION OF VERTICALBUILDER.

Calgary, July 25 - WNS Inc. (“WNS”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the acquisition of VerticalBuilder.com Inc. (“VerticalBuilder”) as contemplated in WNS’ press release dated April 10, 2002. Over 98% of the shareholders of VerticalBuilder tendered to WNS’ offer to acquire the shares of VerticalBuilder.
