WNS SIGNS RECORD $6.5 MILLION CONTRACT
WITH ALBERTA GOVERNMENT

Calgary, February 15 - WNS Inc. today announced the signing of a new contract with the Government of Alberta, Ministry of Government Services for the provision of Document Reception, Micrographics & Imaging, Registration Support and Search Services. This agreement is an extension of a previous contract between a subsidiary of WNS and the Ministry signed in 1997.

The contract extends over a period of three years and is valued at C$6.5 million.

The nature of our services to the Province of Alberta lends significant credibility to the delivery of our solutions on budget, on time and in a secure manner. The awarding of this project represents the Company’s largest contract ever and will add committed revenue into fiscal 2005. Working with the Ministry, we are committed to providing faster and more effective service to the people of Alberta.”

Under the details of the contract, services will be administered out of Edmonton and Calgary for Land Titles, Corporate Registry, Personalized License Plates and Vital Statistics. WNS will work with the Ministry to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve service by the appropriate implementation of imaging, workflow and document management technology.
