APPOINTMENT OF CLAY HAMDON

WNS Inc. (CDNX-WNS) ("WNS" or the "Corporation"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Clay Hamdon to the Board of Directors of WNS. Mr. Daniel Worden has resigned from the Board of Directors making room for the appointment of Mr. Hamdon.

Clay is a partner in the Corporate Commercial Securities department of McLennan Ross. His practice is focused on securities and business law. Clay has acted as lead counsel in numerous business acquisitions, sales, mergers, real estate syndications, securities offerings, stock exchange listings, private placements and corporate reorganizations.

Clay has been involved in several Initial Public Offerings and Reverse Takeovers in Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto involving high-tech, real estate and biotech companies. He has also been a securities and business law lecturer for private business organizations, Grant MacEwan Community College and the Law Society of Alberta's Bar Admission course.

Clay is on the Board of Directors of Floron Food Services Limited (CDNX: FFS) and Zale Canada Finance Inc., an Alberta subsidiary of Zale Corp. (NYSE: ZLC) and is also general counsel to several publicly traded companies.
