WNS.COM INC. SIGNS UP AS AUTHORIZED RESELLER WITH CISCO SYSTEMS (Nasdaq: CSCO)

Celebration Cellars Ltd. (CDNX: CLB) ("Celebration" or the "Corporation"), is pleased to announce that WNS.com Inc. ("WNS") has signed up with Cisco Systems ("Cisco") as an Authorized Reseller to support Cisco's software implementation and management capabilities in Western Canada. Celebration has agreed to acquire all of the issued securities of WNS as set out in its press release of December 4, 2000.

As an Authorized Reseller, WNS will provide software implementation assistance and network management services to both purchasers of Cisco's Network Management Products ("CiscoWorks2000") and the Partners and Resellers selling CiscoWorks2000.

CiscoWorks2000 provides network management solutions targeted at two key areas: wide-area and local-area network operations of enterprise networks. In addition, Cisco offers several advanced applications that complement the CiscoWorks2000 bundles.
