Alykhan Mamdani, B.Math, LLB, LLM, CMA
President & CEO, Director and Founder
Mr. Mamdani has been integral in the establishment, financing and growth of various
technology companies in North America. He established CriticalControl in September 2000
as WNS.com and using his expertise as a businessman, lawyer and accountant,
has led the company’s strategy and aggressive growth plans.
Brenton Lawther, B.Sc.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lawther has over 22 years experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing
in technology and gas measurement. He has held senior management positions in Canadian
and American operations.
Hashu Remtulla, CMA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Remtulla has more than 20 years experience in the areas of general accounting,
budgeting, strategic planning, management and information systems in a multi company
environment.
Eric Olsen
Vice President, Operations (Edmonton Region)
Mr. Olsen has been with CriticalControl for over 10 years, during which time he has been
vital in the growth of our highly successful offering to Alberta’s government and
healthcare sectors.
Andy Levstik, P.Eng.
Vice President, Corporate Services
Mr. Levstik has over 21 years of experience in Software Development and IT
Management within the Oil & Gas and Telecommunications sectors.
Terry Burns, CMA
Vice President, Operations (Manitoba)
Mr. Burns has over 35 years experience in operations management with the last 9 years in
Document Management and Outsourcing services.
Steve Sly
Vice President, Operations (Eastern U.S.A.)
Mr. Sly has over 30 years of experience in all phases of natural gas measurement and was
the principal of Gas Analytical Services (acquired by CriticalControl in 2009), one of the
largest measurement service companies in the US.
Raymond South, B.Sc.
Vice President, Operations (Ontario Region)
Mr. South has over 20 years of experience in outsourcing, imaging and data entry solutions.
In 1990 he founded Southport Data Systems Inc. playing the key role in building a leading
provider of imaging and data entry solutions in the Greater Toronto Area. Sourthport was
acquired by CriticalControl in September 2009.
