George W. Watson, BSc Eng, MBA, AMP
Executive Chairman of the Board and Director

Mr. Watson has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since July 2002 and also served as President of the Corporation from July 2002 until December 2003. Mr. Watson is the former President and CEO of TransCanada Pipelines Ltd. (March 1993 to July 1999). Prior to his role as CEO of TransCanada, Mr. Watson also served as CFO (June 1990 to March 1993). He has more than 25 years of experience in the oil patch, including positions at Dome Petroleum and as CEO of Intensity Resources Ltd. Mr. Watson sits on the boards of Queen’s University, Calgary Olympic Development Association (CODA), Blizzard Energy Inc., Repeat Seat Ltd., Recap Energy Inc., Signal Energy Inc., TGS North American Real Estate Investment Trust, Canadian Spirit Energy Inc., Teekay Ing LLP and Badger Income Trust. Former directorships include the Conference Board of Canada, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, the Canadian Energy Pipelines Association, Equitorial Energy Inc. TransCanada Pipelines and subsidiaries, as well as the Toronto Dominion Bank plus many other small entities. Mr. Watson holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) degree and MBA from Queens University as well as an A.M.P. from Harvard.

Dennis L. Nerland, B.Sc., MA, LLB
Lead Director

Partner with the law firm of Shea Nerland Calnan since 1990 practising in the areas of tax and trust law. Mr. Nerland is a current and past director of a number of private and public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Nerland has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary, a Master of Arts degree (economics) from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Science (economics and mathematics) from the University of Calgary. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

Alykhan A. Mamdani, BMath, LLB, LLM
President & CEO, Director and Founder

Mr. Mamdani established CriticalControl in September 2000 as WNS.com and using his expertise as a businessman, lawyer and accountant, has led the company’s strategy and aggressive growth plans. Mr. Mamdani has been integral in the establishment, financing and growth of various technology companies since 1996 and has acted as an officer, director or advisor to many public and private companies. Mr. Mamdani has a bachelor of mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a bachelor of laws from the University of Western Ontario, and a master of laws in corporate law and finance from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Mamdani is a member of both the Law Society of Alberta and the New York Bar and is also a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Alberta.

Thomas Ulrich, B.Sc., M.Ed.
Director

Mr. Ulrich was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Manitoba Teachers' Retirement Allowances Fund, a $2 billion pension fund for teachers in Manitoba from March, 1999 until his retirement in March 2004. Prior to joining the Manitoba Teacher's Retirement Allowances Fund, Mr. Ulrich was the Assistant General Secretary of the Manitoba Teachers' Society where he worked since 1974. Mr. Ulrich holds a Bachelor of Science from Abilene Christian University; Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba and a Masters in Education from the University of Ottawa.

William Hammett, B.Sc., C.A.
Director

Mr. Hammett was a Director and VP, CFO of Richmount Petroleum Ltd., a private oil and gas company from July, 2003 to June, 2009. From May, 2002 to July, 2003, he has also acted as President of a concept company, Web Services Brokerage Inc. He was President and CEO of Apps On The Web Inc., a private developer of infrastructure software for the ASP market from June, 1999 to October, 2001. Mr. Hammett was CEO of Cybersurf Corp. (TSXV: CY) a national internet service provider from December, 1997 to May, 1999. Prior to that, he was Associate Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor at Canadian Western Capital. His early experience included almost 10 years with Imperial Oil Limited in financial control and reporting positions.

Mr. Hammett is a past director of a number of companies listed on the TSX Venture exchange and several charitable organizations and is currently a director of several private companies. Mr. Hammett holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is a member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Murray D. Smith
Director

Mr. Smith served for twelve years as a Member of the Legislative Assembly in the Province of Alberta, serving in four different Cabinet portfolios –Energy, Gaming, Labour, and Economic Development from 1993 to 2005. From January 2005 to the fall of 2007, Mr. Smith was the Official Representative of the Province of Alberta to the United States of America, leading Alberta’s office in Washington, DC. Prior to running for elected office, Mr. Smith was an independent businessman working with a number of Alberta‐based energy service companies including drilling fluids, service rigs, oilfield contracting and consulting. Subsequent to Mr. Smith’s return to Alberta from Washington in 2007, he has returned to his earlier private consulting business, Murray Smith and Associates. He is a member of the energy advisory boards of TD Securities Inc. and HATCH, a Canadian based global engineering firm.

Gary L. Bentham, C.A.
Director

Mr. Bentham was a corporate recovery and audit partner with KPMG LLP Canada, where he served private and public companies in the high technology, financial services, real estate development and energy sectors until 2005. While at KPMG, Mr. Bentham served on KPMG Canada's Board of Directors for five years. Mr. Bentham is currently the President of BTM Corporate Advisory Inc., an advisory firm that provides corporate finance and consulting services to privately owned companies in Canada and the United States. He also serves on the board of Central Alberta Well Services Corp. (TSX-V: CWC) Mr. Bentham is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors and presently serves on the Board of Governors of SAIT Polytechnic.
